Where is this rumor that Zeta has retention issues coming from? I've seen this claim pop up when Zeta has been compared to both Alpha Phi and KD but according to the PHA website, in Spring 2014 Zeta had 280 members while KD had 274 and Alpha Phi only had 256. Let's be clear about something, the only houses in our Greek system with retention issues are Sigma and Phi Mu. Sigma had 200 girls, about 100 less than the other houses and Phi Mu only had 218. Alpha Phi had the next lowest number with 256. There are plenty of reasons not to like Zeta I'm sure, but there's no reason to claim they have bad retention because it's clearly not true. Yes, they COB every Spring semester, but so does Phi Mu and Sigma. If Zeta really had trouble holding onto to members they would be closer to the 200 mark.
