ADPi ALWAYS says they're not COBing and I've seen them COB like.. at least 8-12 girls every spring. Yeah, you're not COBing now, but there are girls who graduate early, go alum, drop, decide not to be initiated, those who get kicked out... You can't say that you're not COBing at all for sure. The only houses who rarely COB are Pi Phi, Kappa, and Delta
