It is wonderful that they are COBing and being so open about it. They aren't going to get the best women possible if they don't let anyone know they are looking. Just cause they are COBing doesn't mean everyone that wants to will get in- it is still a matter of selection. But being open and honest is the best way to start. COBing isn't anything to be ashamed of- it is just filling spots in the house (that could be there due to a large senior class, a weaker recruitment, financial drops, etc.) to make each chapter as strong as possible. Go Sigma!
