So I am in a so called "bottom tier" house and maybe you would want to hear my opinions on this. My mother was a Tri Delta here, and I have so many friends in that house and maybe I am a little biased but I would definitely put them in the top 3. Also, I would put Chi O up there too, because they seem so proud of their sisterhood and they do amazingly well in grades and comps. Pi Phi would not make the list, when have you ever placed? Your girls are VERY hit or miss, but you have a pretty house but thats about it, sorry. I think the last slot would be for Theta- I can see how much hate they have been getting but hell they are very successful with grades, and their partners seem to like them so yeah. Just a different perspective.
