The middle and bottom tier are really where the questioning is. Everyone is pretty much agreed on the top tier being Delta/Pi Phi/Kappa/Chi-O/Theta no matter what order you wanna try to put them in. Middle and bottom tier all changed this year and "Kind Of" nailed it perfectly. My only thing is I'd even put Sigma above Phi Mu but that's a small detail.
