Because zeta is scared that they're going to continue falling in the ranks. SK and sigma out rushed them this year. So what does zeta do? They do whatever it takes to smear mud on the houses they are threatened of so that their house doesn't slide further down the totem pole. They do it every year. They get caught for it every year.
