Phi Mu and Sigma usually set up tables in the Student Center or in Speakers Circle in the past, so they'll probably do that again. Houses that are most likely to COB, and just is just based on the past so don't get defensive or anything, Sigma, Phi Mu, Zeta, SK, Alpha Phi, AXO, DG, KD Sigma, Phi Mu, Zeta and SK are the most likely to take a large number of girls. I think each of those houses took between fifteen and thirty last spring. Houses like DG, AXO, Alpha Phi and KD will take a lot less and only if they need to. These houses usually only COB to fill spots if enough girls from the fall class drop out. Alpha Phi took like six girls, I think DG took about four. It is VERY hard to get these spots without knowing SEVERAL girls in the house. Your best bet is to email the recruitment/COB chair towards the end of winter break with your interest in the COB process. Be prepared to not hear back from some of them. SK, Phi Mu, Zeta and Sigma will probably be your best bets to hear back from, the others are more selective in who they invite to events if they even have any. COB is mostly about who you know so be prepared for that. Also, be prepared to not hear back at all. It's like a job interview. You're sending in your stuff and they are under no obligation to respond once you send something in. COB is much more superficial than rush if you're aiming for the middle tier houses. My advice? If you don't know any girls in the middle tier houses that COB, aim for the bottom.
