I sort of wonder if all the talk on here about Delta being so undisputably the best and hottest house might have scared PNMs away from them. Looks like DG and Gamma Phi got some of the girls who might have gone Delta but were afraid they wouldn't get asked back. Because they can deny it all they want, but Delta's PC is nowhere near hot.
