Mizzou uses the same process that almost every other Greek system in the country uses. It's a system that's designed to create parity among chapters. It's also a system that allows for the maximum number of potential member to find homes IF they are open-minded and give every chapter a chance. Girls making assumptions about not "fitting" with a certain house (or houses) is the cause of the problem. The system is designed to work. Your numbers are what's flawed -- as is your lack of research.
