Recruitment is a mutual selection process. This website makes it seem like Tridelt ChiO and PiPhi gets their exact pick of whatever girls they'd want. Newsflash. not everyone wants to be in a top tier house- not everyone agrees on what top tier even is!! Some girls are so unsure about going greek that they fall in love with houses like Kd, SK, Phi Mu and AXO because they don't feel as much pressure. Let's not bash girls who genuinely like these houses over the other ones. And as for members of lower- mid to lower houses. We don't always want the same girls that TriDelt gets!
