This year? No try the past two years. They were actually known as a better house than zeta before SK stepped on the scene. Their egos were inflated as soon as they moved up the ranks. Too bad this year no one bought it and zeta moved back up to top of bottom tier. Bottom tier in order: KD, zeta, sk/phi mu, sigma
