To all PNMS. I just wanted to let you know before rush week that college is quite different than high school. There is no popular group and there is no popular sorority despite what this website makes you believe. There may be popularity and cliques among houses, but just because you are a Tridelt doesn't mean you are popular and just because you are a Trisig doesn't mean you are not. There are several bottom tier girls who are VERY involved on campus and their name is known and they are very well liked. Take our PHA president for example, a Tri sig. I am in a middle tier house and I am involved on campus in many organizations, and you see girls all across the spectrum hanging out with each other. You wouldn't be able to tell them a part. You may fall in love with your pi chi and little do you know she is in GASP a bottom tier house. It just really really doesn't matter. What matters is the friends you make. You may have a lot of friends and be well known on campus in any house, or you may be a total loner and in ChiO. Generalizations are one thing, but there are literally 300 girls in each house.
