Straight up telling a PNM that they are on the ChiO 1st bid list, and thus, should pref them first, is quite different from being bubbly. Telling a PNM that a certain sophomore ChiO wants the PNM as her "baby" (i.e.,be her pledge mom) is beyond bubbly. Point blank asking a PNM while in the ChiO house what other houses they are cutting is not "nice" & has nothing to do w/keeping a PNM "hopeful.". All of these things happened last year.
