This is based on looks I think..... Not personality and attitude. Looks wise I agree with this person they both have a lot of pretty girls and more so than a lot of other houses. Different types of pretty, but still equally pretty. But for the record there is a rivalry between the two for pnms. Different sororities but they tend to try to get the same girls. In the end, the more hippie chic girls will go pi phi and the "southern proper" type girls will go kappa.... Generally speaking. I know this a known rivalry that my pi chi tried to explain to me once.
