Pi phi isn't top. They aren't nearly as involved as chi o and kappa and even delta. The only big thing they have going for them are grades but even those are hit or miss. Like this semester they were what, 7th in grades? Their looks are hit or miss too.... And they're pretty rude to anyone who's not pi phi.
