No need to be mean to anyone who doesn't understand quota, I've been here three years and I still don't understand it completely. The point is that "No" is right, if we wanted to give bids to everyone who rushed because we usually have enough girls drop out of recruitment so that each house can get around eighty girls. However, you can get all the way through the week without getting a bid if your grades prevent you from it happening. Or in extremely fair cases, you can not make the bid list to any house on your last day. It is very, very, very rare but it happens sometimes.
