1.) If you're not Greek, how do you know what % of Greeks get on this website? First you spout % like you know, and then later you telling us, "reading this made me not want to go Greek". Which is it? 2.) Contrary to what you think, she did sound a little disturbed. She was getting a large tattoo to "honor" a dead relative, and she asked the same question two different times on here and got the same answer. She was searching for affirmation, and she didn't get it so she asked again, then got insulted when she was told "NO". That's a all little cray-cray, sorry. 3.) Everyone gets judged in life, and recruitment is a HUGE judge-fest. THAT'S ALL IT IS. We judge everything; grades (intelligence); Looks-including physical appearance and wardrobe (sorry, we do); involvement (sense of community); etc. so when you put yourself in that position, figuratively screaming, "Judge me so I can be one of you", yeah, we're gonna judge you, DUH. That leads to conclusions regarding your personal choices/how well you'd fit in with us. So when we judge your, ahem, "art form", OF COURSE IT'S SUPERFICIAL. You ASKED us to judge you. You even paid for it. 4.) Finally, telling someone to "defy the stereotype" is nothing less than a high school mantra. YOU need to grow up and face reality. College is where you learn that you have to have great grades AND personal appearance for a large % of jobs. Not very many people want to hire Dave Navarro or Kat Von D too work in a bank, sorry.
