The comment by OK was super sarcastic and rude, like most of the info. on this site. As a Tri-Delt, who was a double legacy (Mom & Grandma) and as someone who has many GPhi friends, I can tell you the positives and negatives. For one, both houses seem to attract similar girls (many girls end up preffing our houses #1/#2 - I did, along w/Pi Phi.) Both of our houses will invite legacies back a 2nd time, but there are no guarantees. Make sure your references indicate that you are a legacy to TriDelt & GPhi. Also, our houses (TriDelt & GPhi) get along very well and do an annual formal together called TriPhi. You would be very happy in either house and it is a neat feeling (especially on initiation) being a legacy. Honestly, a 3.1 is cutting it close (I think both houses cut at 3.3) BUT if you click with the girls, there are grade exceptions. I wish you the best of luck!
