It would be completely different if either of those girls said "I'm in XYZ Sorority and this is how we do it." As far as I'm concerned no rules were broken here. Besides, anyone who's going to pretend they haven't discussed membership selection with a friend in another sorority is a liar. I've got friends in two top tier houses and I know exactly how they select their girls.
