Juniors do not count towards quota. However, houses rarely take juniors because a junior would be entering into a pledge class of all freshman, and probably won't be able to live (or want to live) in the sorority senior year. Also, houses would rather take underclass men bc of the commitment financially. A sorority is also a business and they make more money signing people for 4 years, instead of only 2
