Because I'm also an SK and our Fall PC was over quota and we only added more girls in the Spring. There was no snap bidding, there was no COB for the Fall and we got about thirty three new members in the Spring and then maybe took one or two more when girls from our original Spring PC dropped because they realized couldn't pay dues. Now our numbers might be lower in the Fall because we might expel some girls who were on suspension for grades but there's no need to spread lies when the PHA official numbers shows the black and white truth.
