Depends on the house. I know Theta/Pi Phi and Chi-O have the highest grade cuts but I don't know the exact GPA point they cut at. To give some perspective, when I rushed I had a 3.4 GPA and a 28 ACT and got asked back to all the top tier houses except for Theta. Again, I'm not in any of those three I mentioned but in my house we would make an exception for a 3.2 if we felt like you were worth taking a risk on. A 3.2 won't get you cut from every single house but some houses might cut you. Don't sweat it though. Again, it's about the whole package, not just your GPA.
