As long as you meet or very nearly meet the grade cuts, it's all personality and membership potential. Like for my house, we had a girl that was just barely under the GPA requirement but she was just what my house was looking for so we made an exception and figured the scholarship program we had in place would get her above our GPA requirement easily.
