The better thing to do is ask the actives during rush about this and explain that your grades are very important to you. Ask what their chapter does to encourage each member in scholarship. It's great that you kept up your grades with a lot of extracurriculars in high school, but college is very different, not as structured as a high school day and you are on your own to time manage. Like what if you have a big test or project coming up and there's a conflict with a sorority function? How is that handled in the chapter? Also keep in mind that you don't pick your house, the sororities are doing the choosing, so those comments on here saying to go to this house or that house aren't really telling it straight.
