I agree that these ranks are accurate in general, but during competition season some houses are more desired than they are during the off season. Like AEPi would be considered a top house to be paired with for HOCO because of their skill in skit. And Delta Chi would be more middle because they also are a great house to get paired with for HOCO. Lambda would be top if we're talking about GW. Though the reputations in general are correct above.
