This website is so dumb. Whenever someone tries to say a house is top tier, everyone disagrees and the arguments never go anywhere. For example, a house can "only be top if they win or place in things" yet zeta placed in hoco and everyone still says their bottom even though they're obviously trying. Another example: kappa and theta always wins/places but everyone still says they're not top. I don't get it. On the other side of things, it could be said that a house can only be top if they are "well-liked" by fraternities (as they will get good/fun pairings) and are somewhat social. Yet sororities like gphi and sometimes delta get flack for being well-liked by frats and are just setting the feminist movement soooo far back because they are pretty and fun and gasp, care about being well-liked by frats. This website is fun to read but it's honestly annoying how many fights there are about shoving houses into the middle tier
