Recruitment is just a façade? A horrible system? Only trolls get bids? Wow. You're entitled to your point of view, but I think the system works remarkably well. There are strict guidelines that the best houses use for recruiting new members and the girls they choose are far from trolls. They are the best of the best. A few girls may fall through the cracks, but they are by far the exception. As for houses being envied by other sororities, in what universe to people envy DGs? Again, you are entitled to your opinion, but you really have a skewed perception of how things really are.
