YES spot on. This list is accurate because we all know, even if we dont want to admit it, that we want to be in a house that is liked by frats and envied by other sororities and yes DG and Gphi have those advantages along with the obvious pi phi, delta, kappa and chi o. We also want to be in a house that gets along with the other popular houses. which makes the top tier according to the OP accurate. those houses listed all get along with each other really well and are really popular among fraternities. they understand they compete with each other but at the end of the day, they realize they all pretty much carry the same top girls.
