I would think theta and adpi are more desired in recruitment. Tera has much much higher return rates than both those houses. I cut Gphi first round just as an example. I ended up in pi phi just so you don't think I'm trying to talk up theta or adpi, but dg and Gphi just are second round picks. My best friend wanted theta, pi phi, and kappa, but ended up in Gphi and while she is having a good time, it wasn't her first pick by any means.
