They took many girls other top tier houses wanted so this isn't true. They're known for grades, competitiveness (second in hoco and 3 time Greek week champs?) attractive members and just that overall well rounded vibe. I'm not gonna sit here and listen to people call theta and kappa middle tier anymore for invalid reasons. Crazy I know, but girls do pref these houses first. They are sought after in recruitment whether you want the bro be or not and they get girls they want and are happy with. So stop. Until you can actually show me proof that these houses don't get most of the girls they want then all your reasons are completely invalid. All the qualities of a top house are there.
