Kappa keeps bumping this because that's how they roll. They are desperate to be top tier and want the whole world to think they are. But most people I know think of Kappa as solid middle tier. They are a decent house, but there is absolutely nothing distinctive about them. Not as pretty as Delta, not as smart as Theta, not as well-rounded as PiPhi, not as diverse as ChiO.
