Kappa won GW three years in a row and Theta has won RAMS or RAMS dance, what, every single year? I agree with this top five as well although I'm not sure why Pi Phi is top, they just sort of are. I think it's because they attract quality PC's every single year. The other thing about Pi Phi is they do well in competitions but they never win. Their HOCO house decs this year were my favorite, they always have pretty great skits and they dominated GW sports this year as well. They just never WIN anything. But they do try and I think it's worth noting.
