The only houses people tend to all agree on are that Delta/Pi Phi and Chi-O are top and that ZetaSK/Phi Mu and Sigma are bottom. The girl who posted this inter-tier break down has it perfectly. Like the difference between Theta and GPhi is what you look for. Some girls might consider GPhi top tier because they party and have cute girls, others might consider Theta top because they do well in comps and get great grades. It's really about who you ask. But nobody is going to say Kappa is bottom or Sigma is top. The tiers usually fall like the post above.
