A friend of mine who is in Phi Mu told me that the Mizzou Chapter closed a LONG time ago (1960's?), but their alumni were smart enough to keep the house and rent it out to pay the mortgage (it was the LXA house for quite a while). The fact that they own their house is probably been a big difference from the other sororities that tried to come back to Mizzou but failed.
