Thanks. I know they don't have to but I was just really surprised their membership was so low. I didn't even know the scorecard existed. It's definitely interesting. The rest makes sense. I just know Kappa had that issue. Phi Pi had the highest membership so it made sense they didn't. You are right about COB, usually it's people they know. Thanks for the quick answer. I appreciate it.
