Gphi is a top 7. It is what it is. They recruit exactly who they want, they don’t take leftovers except maybe a handful from tridelt. It’s a looks house and that’s pretty much the only qualification - as shallow as it may seem, a lot of young and naive PNMs will gravitate towards that during recruitment, even if they realize it’s all smoke and mirrors later.
