Yes. Trust me, we know who out legacies are. For the most part, don't bring it up unless asked about it. Now there are some situations that might be okay to slip it in, like if an active asks how you heard about greek life you could say something like, "My mother used to talk about how much fun she had being greek, so I thought it would be a good experience." That's a subtle way to remind them you're a legacy. But never be the girl who says something like, "MY MOM WAS A THETA TOO AND HAD THE TIME OF HER LIFE OH MY GOD I'LL DIE IF I'M NOT A THETA." Being a legacy isn't as big a deal as movies make it seem. Being smart, funny and having a lot to offer does matter. So be a legacy but don't let being a legacy be the ONLY thing you are.
