No, if you are an active this is extremely irresponsible thing to say to a pnm. We all know you can love a pnm but they still get cut for some other reason. I was a pi chi and dealt with broken hearts after girls got cut from houses where the actives told them they wanted them in their house. It totally crushed their spirits and made them distrustful of the whole process.
