Remember that when you are asked questions, it's not your answer so much that's important, it's how you come across. We are trying to get a glimpse of your personality, and one word or short responses aren't going to do that. Follow the actives' lead but do carry your end of the conversation. Remember also that you should be your best, authentic self, and not try to conform to what you think anyone is looking for.
