They are currently experiencing very low numbers and thus were forced to rent their house. Kappa Delta is renting their house for year while the Kappa Deltas renovate their current house. Although they have lower numbers, keep in mind this offers PNMs an opportunity to build a sorority and become actively involved. Not that you can't do this in other sororities on campus but Tri Sigs, if the right new members get in, could really change their presence on campus.
