Theta and Chi O doesn't recruit girls based on looks. No one thinks they are the prettiest and I don't think they care if they aren't. They look for quality girls who will fit their sisterhood and remain active members until graduation. It's a numbers game too. You don't take girls that are risks or you'll have open bids and constantly be doing informal like some that we know are always doing it.
