To potential PNM… try not to pay too much attention to crap on this site… when you go thru the process, you may find that you love a “Tier 2” or… gasp… “Tier 3” house. Where you feel the most yourself is where you belong. Just be yourself, be open minded, and everything will work out the way it’s supposed to. Trust the process.
