Which is why the argument that Kappa isn't top tier because their girls didn't pref them first is so stupid. Every house has girls that didn't pref them first. Give me another reason Kappa isn't top. Literally any other reason. You can't. Nobody can. They place in competitions, they recruit top tier material girls, their grades are good. You can't give me a reason. Same with Theta. Give me a reason besides awkward girls because every house has them. The thing that makes Phi Mu or Sigma a bottom tier house is that their grades suck, they don't place and as a whole their girls are awkward or weird. People on this website seem to think that just because you personally hate a house means they suddenly aren't top. And that's not true. Our top tier is- Pi Phi Kappa Delta Chi-O Theta That's it. All houses with the highest grade cuts and either compete consistently or are popular with fraternities and have a certain "look" they go for. Delta and Pi Phi are top because of grades and their looks and the other three are top because of grades and involvement. If ADPi could get their grades and looks more consistent, they'd be top. If Alpha Phi could lock grades down, they'd be top. It's really not that hard to grasp you guys.
