Once again Kappa is proving it is all over this site. It has delusions of grandeur. There is NO WAY Kappa is top tier. The girls are hit or miss and the chapter has had financial woes. It may be near the top of the middle tier (probably right under Theta and ADPi), but until they start signing girls who actually want to be in that house as their first choice, they won't be top tier. After all, that's what top tier is: an outstanding groups of girls who consider their house the absolute best.
