I COBed Aphi, AXO, and ADPi a couple years ago. I got bids to axo and adpi, but not to aphi. Aphi sent me an email saying that their cob process was over and they accepted ## girls. A girl down the hall in my dorm cobed axo and aphi and got an email from both houses saying the same thing. I'm not sure where this "no courtesy email" is coming from but I've never heard a problem with it, at least for the houses mentioned. Maybe there are other houses that didn't give a notice, or maybe it didn't just happen this year?
