SAE is one of the top two national fraternities, so they have a better chance than most would, but they're also up to their neck in lawsuits nationally, a legacy of being the "most dangerous fraternity." While they're a monster nationally, they still have plenty of individual chapters that suck like anyone else, so it's no sure thing.
