Steerco caught wind that people were threatening to drop of they got bad pairings so they made all the IFC chapters that didn't opt out beforehand sign contracts saying they'd tough it out no matter the outcome. There will be no withdrawing, no re-drawing and everyone is stuck with what they have. So good luck to all.
