Phi kapp placed last year because they were with Adpi, a really strong house. Adpi had to work overtime because phi kapp wouldn't pull their own weight. Aphi is decent in GW/Hoco but not great - good luck to them getting phi kapp to do much. Also AgRho and Zeta might work but just seems REALLY incompatible to me.
