Houses I cut --yes, I CUT all these on the first round (and to be honest, they cut me): Chi O DDD Pi Phi G Phi ADPi Houses I cut but they kept asking me back: Sigma Zeta Theta DG SK AXO Houses I LOVED after the first round AND they asked me back: KD A Phi Phi Mu I didn't want to be a Theta because they seemed grade crazy. I cut all the "top" sororities because I knew I'd never fit in. I cut the next layer because they were weird (in my opinion) in one way or another. I kept KD, Phi Mu and A Phi because they seemed genuinely nice, welcoming and kind. It wasn't an act, they weren't fake like the girls in the "top" houses, and I felt a sense of warmth in their conversations, and they seemed spontaneous, not like they were reading from a script. I ended up in one of my favorites from the first day, and I'm thrilled. ANY of those houses would have been fine with me, so OP who generalized "First choice houses" doesn't speak for everyone.
