I'm a Phi Mu and I'd rather have our money spent with a lower tier frat who will actually try rather than with a top tier frat that won't help is. I know we're not gonna win regardless if our pairing but I don't want my time and money wasted. I'd rather do the best we can with a frat who likes us. The only houses that might benefit are houses like almost make top five but can never quite outdo the houses that dominate GW. Bottom tier and top tier houses are both screwed :/
